But somewhere along the way, Shaping Women Naturally shaped me too. It revealed more clearly who I was created to be.

While I have always loved inspiring women through fitness, coaching, business, and conversation, my deepest desire has always been to write — to write faithfully from the place where my heart lives daily, devoted to the interior voice of the Lord, apart from whom I can do nothing.

If you know me, you know my faith has always come first. Not only my faith, but also my love for the church and the quiet life of remaining close to God.

Over the years, many books sat patiently in the background waiting for my attention. Through this journey, I realized it was finally time to tend to them.

As I watched so many women find their voice, passion, and success through Shaping Women Naturally, I realized it was time to fully pursue mine as well.

This is not an ending as much as it is a continuation in a different form.

What a joy this journey has been.

Organizing women in business expos and gatherings across the years became one of the greatest privileges of my life. To witness women launch brand-new businesses, grow established ones, discover confidence, and pursue their dreams was both inspiring and unforgettable. The gratitude shared by women from all over the United States remains something I carry deeply in my heart.

It was a whirlwind of creativity, connection, encouragement, and meaningful conversations with so many incredible women in such a short period of time.
